CVL Drums is able to warrant the wood provenience and the control of cutting from the forest.

The regrowing certification assure to keep the species and the area preservation. 

Thanks to this project, the environmental project start in order to create products with 0 impact in the future. this project continues with glue without formaldehyde and eco finishes without dangerous content.

Thanks to CVL research with sound engineers, CVL produces a shell made with a chestnut and bubinga mix. 

This mix assures a deep and full sound, with a great attack.

The wooden hoops made the sound deeper and "more fat".

Two different shell configurations made in CVL after a long sound research and studies about old shells made with collectionist and specialized drummers. CVL started from wood selection and conservation until shell plies configuration and structure to reach the "vintage" sound using the most advanced building technologies.

This set is made by 100% birch wood with reinforcement rings in all sizes. CVL made this choice in order to exalt the features of particular bearing edge. This bearing edge is inverted so the head has more contact with shell edge and the result is a more round and controlled sound. This particular bearing edge gives the name to  this particular sound research: I.B.E. (inverted bearing  edge).

Birch wood + rings + IBE offer the most combo, reaching a round, controlled, low and inconfondible sound.

"Stripe with heart" is the live motive of one of the most important pinstriper in the world: captain blaster.

Captain Blaster is an italian artist famous for his pinstripe tecniques and start in 2013 a partnership with CVL.

Here the first ash kit 22" 10" 12" 14" 16" + snare made with a airbrushing and pinstriping tecnique.
